New to creative photography, and stepping up from point and shoot cameras I chose what I think is the best all rounder for the budding photographer.
Not full frame but many features only the 1D can beat. Even the 5D lacks some of the features of this camera. Bought in Hong Kong on my last trip I also purchased the 17-40L wide angle lens which is great for landscapes and general photography. Just so happens I will be passing through HK in a couple of months time so will seriously look at the 24-105L lens to accompany the wide angle lens. Much cheaper there and good recommendations from others regarding the store I purchase them from.
